How to Attract More Buyers in Henderson

Get a pre-inspection. I can’t recommend this enough! Address and fix repairs before listing your home. I have this conversation a lot with clients. Many will list their home and hope buyers just don't ask to fix repairs. That’s not a good mindset. Unfortunately, it’s likely buyers will ask for this.

If done beforehand, repairs are cheaper. You won’t have a deadline and will have flexibility hiring affordable contractors. Additionally, if you fix repairs ahead of time, you’ll have a smooth escrow process. It will be significantly less stressful for everyone involved. You’ll also have less to negotiate in the contract, and you won’t risk losing the deal entirely. Likewise, this can net you a higher sales price and even attract more offers.

Take my advice. Before listing in our area, pursue a pre-inspection. Fix repairs and make upgrades as needed. Take full advantage of what the market offers to eager buyers. You won’t regret it!
